Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains how to cancel a subscription or service engagement with Westcliff Company and its brands. You may cancel at any time, subject to the terms below.

2. Cancelling a Software Subscription

You may cancel a SaaS subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your subscription remains active through the end of the current paid billing period, after which it will not renew and you will no longer be billed. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by law.

3. Cancelling an Agency or Project Engagement

Recurring agency retainers may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice, unless a separate agreement specifies otherwise. You remain responsible for fees for services performed through the effective cancellation date. For fixed-scope projects, cancellation terms are governed by the applicable order form or statement of work.

4. How to Cancel

To cancel, use the in-product cancellation option where available, or email info@westcliffcompany.com from the address associated with your account. We will confirm your cancellation in writing.

5. Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, your right to access the applicable service ends at the close of your current paid period or engagement term. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to retain before that time.
