Westcliff Company provides marketing agency services and marketing software (SaaS) products through its brands. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Fees are billed as described at purchase — as one-time project fees, recurring subscriptions, or retainers. Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors.

You agree not to misuse our services, including by attempting to disrupt them, access them without authorization, or use them for unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent purposes.

All content, software, and materials provided through our services remain the property of Westcliff Company or its licensors, except for materials you provide or deliverables expressly assigned to you under a separate agreement.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Westcliff Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
